Hi, I'm Joël Germain!

I am a user experience researcher and designer with a strong interest in plain language and the understanding of user mental patterns. Each of my training has allowed me to better understand humans, their behaviour, to increase my empathy as well as my ability to analyze verbal and non-verbal language. My consulting contracts as well as my experiences as a graphic designer have allowed me to develop and consolidate my analytical and research skills. Moreover, my curiosity drives me to seek and understand the different existing and future technologies in order to glimpse the reality that awaits us.
